Why is a work-at-home job not a job for everyone?

Well, first a work-at-home job is not a job for everyone. Don't get me wrong peeps. When I say not a job for everyone, there are lots of factors to consider. These are some of them:
1. people don't know how are they gonna pay their bills when they have to pin down at home( would be essential to give at least some time) and start on building up profiles online, engaging themselves with different interviews while they are waiting for their leaves to be granted by their current company or they may be waiting for the right timing to make sure about the work-at-home job that they plan to switch to.
2. some people have some voice skills since they are from call centers or they may have the technical skills but they don't have the necessary skills that the online jobs require like
a.not all call center peeps can use photoshop or do some editing
b.not all of them know how to manage wordpress, joomla, drupal, and many other programs
c.not all of them have a good notebook or laptop, desktop, good headset, good internet speed, etc.
d. not all of them won't have to worry about paying their bills on the next bill cycle if they start working at home coz they think they need to wait a certain cutoff before they get their first salary
e. not all of them have the guts to do what is being asked from them.
3. Most of us who used to work outside, office, government, private jobs, call center don't have the time and courage to start it.(they are sometimes lax to have it just when it is really needed)
4. Others, they don't know where to start.
